Located on Yawata Street in the heart of Minami, Osaka, “Ruler” feels like stepping into another world. The café’s concept is “hospital,” but with a mysterious and dangerous twist. From its exterior, the unique design already catches the eyes of passersby, setting it apart from the usual sights.

Once inside, the first thing that catches your eye is the neon kanji characters lighting up the space. Words like “love,” “need for approval,” and “monopoly” glow vividly, symbolizing various emotions and desires. This blend of reality and fantasy creates an almost surreal experience.

The Alluring Gothic Costumes

One of Ruler’s major attractions is the cast dressed in gothic maid outfits that perfectly match the café’s dark ambiance. Unlike typical nurse uniforms, these costumes feature black, red, and white themes, enhancing the beauty of the cast while balancing charm and style.
